"Ozone Nanobubble treatment"

This is so far fetched Im posting it as off topic. But I heard that hatcheries and seafood producers disperse nanobubbles in the bater and this eliminates all pathogens whilst not harming the fish at all, at proper concentrations. Reckon there's a way to apply this to our niche of the world?
 
Perhaps, I think extra oxygen is good so having tiny little bubbles that stay in the water column is probably great. I just don’t think these aquarium versions actually create normal oxygen… that’s why that thread is at +50 pages of trying to figure out if it actually does anything.

Perhaps a fancy system that makes actual oxygen nano bubbles could be the next big thing. We have a few scientists on the forum that know much more than I do on this subject.

It is a known technology for sterilising objects, Sharp Kabushiki Corp. have a patent.
