Nymphaea lotus 'Zenkeri' not going red

I have a Nymphaea lotus 'Zenkeri' that is producing masses of green leaves that are mottled red. I have seen these in numerous tanks and they are generally a solid dark red colour.

I am running a 300L (120x50x50 cm) tank with pressurized CO2 and 4 52w T5's. I dose Tropica plus daily as well.

Am I doing something wrong/missing something or do I just have to wait for the leaves to mature to a complete 'redness'?

You may have another variety...i think there is two or three different coloured foliage's.

Yes sounds like you have the green type to me.

Hmm, in which case then I shall have a work with Aquajardin Gloucester as I specifically asked for the red one!
