Where does it say use RO?

I use boiled and cooled very very hard tap water. Never had any issues with precipitation and/or salts not dissolving even when mixed double strength.

Thanks. When I initially bought the compounds, they came with a note that said had to be mixed with RO water only...

I don't use RO any more for my tank, so will go for tap water
