Hello,

I have a newly setup Fluval Flex 57L which has been been planted and cycled for three weeks, however the leaves of the plants are turning brown, which doesn’t appear to be algae as it doesn’t rub off & appears to be within the leaf itself.

The substrate is comprised of Tetra Complete on the bottom topped with small grain gravel.
I’m dosing 1.1ml of Seachem Flouish twice weekly and 1.4ml of Excel liquid carbon every other day.
I’m doing a 30% water change weekly and all the water parameters seem to be pretty good:
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 25
Nitrite 0
GH 16
KH 10
PH 7.6
Chlorine 0

The lighting is the low to moderate Fluval built in white 6500 LED light, which I run for 7hrs a day.

Attached are a few pics, however it’s hard to capture a good pic of the brown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks - Chris
