Looks lush - thanks for posting up! 
My main shrimp tank is similar jungle format with lots of rotala, a huge pelia mound and different mosses and ferns.
I spend alot of time face upto the glass looking at it. Not the most organised of tanks, but it's mature and really interesting. Most importantly the shrimp just love it and breed away very happily.
