I bet when do something wrong, like over prune a fern or move some wood, Amano puts you on glassware cleaning duties for a year!

How often do you think Amano himself rescapes the tanks? Think e does them all? and then they just keep up maintenance? Would be a dream to work there haha and yes no pressure!

Some of the employees are scapers too. I've some issues of Aqua Journal where Amano holds a pre-IAPLC competition for his staff. Of course, its all in Japanese and I'm just guessing
