Thank you! The slightly darker fern on the background is some kind of Davallia (I think), it spreads by a thick and hairy rhizome and get pretty invasive if you don't prune it back every now and then. The clump forming and slightly paler one (especially when it decides to grow into the lights...) is possibly Polystichum tsus-simense, a much better behaved species.

That looks about right, definitely <"a Davallia"> and a Polystichum. Polysticum spp. have <"pointed pinnules">, which you can see in your photo when you zoom in.
