making moss grow quickly?

I'm setting up a new shrimp tank, and as with my others Java moss will likely feature heavily.

I wondered what are the optimum growing conditions for Java Moss. I know it's fairly undemanding as plants grow, but if I wanted a fast growing crop of moss - what conditions should I be trying to achieve? Strong lighting under T5's, ferts, water movement etc.

Just treat moss the same as any other plant you want to max out growth on (more light to drive growth, met with sufficient co2, ferts, etc).
