Lighting

Twinstar is a very good led, grows any plant you want, controllable and very very good value for money. I had one for a while. All depends what your plans are regarding your tank, co2 high light or low light no co2 etc.
 
if you like the twinstar spectrum buy it. im not a big fan of it to be honest. it isn't dimmable (without a dimmer which you must purchase separately) and the colours aren't controllable. if i remember correctly the chihiros is cheaper, more powerful, dimmable and each rgb channel is individually controllable.
