Thanks for all the info guys. Looks like its EI for me then, but I will use up the rest of the TPN+ first at 3x dosage. That will give me time to get my head round the EI stuff.
Liam: LOL I know, I just dont have a massive budget (and yes I know I change filters more than some people have hot dinners but each upgrade is funded by previous trades) and I want things to work off the bat rather than draining my almost empty wallet (am currently retraining as a gas engineer so not as flush as I used to be last time I was into my fishkeeping).
