Hello all profs and chemical brothers :D

I wanna buy bottle killing solution for my new small tank setup and i don't know which choose - Easycarbo or Excel

I have some important for me questions.

Why seachem excel recommended after water change dose 5ml on 40L and thereafter only 5ml on 200L every day or every other day ?
But easycarbo is easy dosage explanation 1ml less planted every day, 2ml or 3 ml highly planted - i understood, same dosage amount every time. If i like yesterday dosed at 8:00 then after 24hr in same time again same dosage.
Or if i change 50% water approx. in same time after 24hr i dose same amount because old chem gone.
But i don't understund Seachem principle.
And i don't wonder after read many feedbacks in many forums about fish die after first dasage at water changes with Excel. If normal dosage as seachem told is 5ml on 200L daily, then practicaly in first day(water change) is x5 more - overdosage !?
And what's mean Excel every day or every other day :D ?

Please, some advice ? Which killing product would You recommend ? I don't wanna buy presurised CO2 system for my small tank but for diy i have no time.

Best Regards,
