Japanese co2 bottle refill

Does anyone know of anywhere that refills non company co2 bottles? I got this japanese bottle with my l ada co2 tower but not sure if anywhere will refill it.
It's the same thread as fire extinguishers etc.

Unlikely anyone will as it won't conform to the appropriate British Standard.
