IS this diatoms killing rotala

It actually looks healthy, if it's diatoms it should easily come off if you rub a leaf,.Water changes on a daily basis for a week, then every other day for a week and then once a week, Usually happens on new set ups, let the tank establish.and then try a clean up crew ,snails,shrimp
