Hi guys,
Getting a new tank soon and I'm going for a South American setup. I have a rough idea of what plants I want to put in. But I have a large piece of wood which I'm going to use but I don't know if there is a plant that I can grow attached to wood. As always help would be great.

Oh there's loads!!!! :)
Up until recently I was fairly unfamiliar with planting in gravel or sand. All my earlier planted tank efforts have consisted of the ranges of anubias, java fern, bolbitus, moss and some cryptocoryne. Tanks based on cichlids and plecs that like to sift and dig. I've also managed to grow Hygrophila Corymbosa on wood.
I'm sure there's many more but those listed here give you dozens or options.
Crack on and I look forward to hearing and seeing how it goes.
Attaching is easy with cable ties or superglue being my personal favoured methods.

Cheers

Gavin
