Is my Apisto dying?

He seems to not be moving much from the bottom of the tank. He's only with ember tetra's, otto's and amano shrimp - all livestock has only ever lived in this tank, no issues with any other fish/shrimp. Attached a video 🙁

 
Seems like he cannot get buoyant. How old is the fish?
 
Hmmm. It could be swim bladder, from what I understand it’s usually a derivative of other health problems rather than a primary.

Do you have a quarantine for him by any chance?

I think it probably is swim bladder, which from my minimal understanding can happen for different reasons. Sadly I have no space for a quarantine at the moment.

@FrozenShivers - hows it going? Has there been any improvement?

Sorry @Bradders I have been dealing with my dog’s diarrhoea for most of the day so was slow in reply :dead:…I checked on him and I think he’s on his way out sadly, ill update tomorrow.
 
O dear! Double trouble.
