That’s what I’d say they are too, one appears to be in very poor condition.I have never come across a colour variant otocinclus but "golden" chinese sucking loaches are common and this is what I would be more concerned about than the colour. The other fish in your picture looks decidedly like a Chinese loach and they grow to be very aggressive brutes. I would definitely check to see if this is what you actually have but as regards to the colour these are xanthic which means golden/yellow and the eye colours can vary because of this changed pigment, similarly they may habe black patches elsewhere.
That one is definitely a Loach.Bought them about 4 weeks ago, the one with normal looking eyes seems quite happy so not too worried about it,

I’m almost certain they’re Chinese algae eaters that get to around a foot long and are very territorial.Sold as octolingus
