Identify and suggest ways to get rid please.

Not sure what type of algae this is but can someone help with possible ways to get rid?
Co2 at two bubbles per second and comes on at 9am, shuts off at 6pm.
Chihiros wrgb 2 light (set at 50% power) on from 11am to 7pm with 1.5 hour ramp up and down.
