Hi all,
TLDR: Someone gave me a tank at short notice, no idea what plants are in it or how to care for them. Pics below. Thanks!
I inherited a tank from a friend who was moving away on very short notice. He gave me very little information about the plants in the tank or how to care for them. I was hoping someone could help me identify them, so I can research them a bit more.

I also worry about the silvery bits: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cy2cp6o05sdxenz/Photo 21-02-2017, 19 14 33.jpg?dl=0 | https://www.dropbox.com/s/lgq56gnfzhjc9oy/Photo 21-02-2017, 19 14 42.jpg?dl=0

I've seen a few of the plants pearling (2 and 4), but I worry that 5. and 4. look rather sickly.
I'm happy to invest a little to make the tank well balanced. I have a reverse osmosis machine for my marine tank with enough spare capacity to run this freshwater tank. Just need to know how to remineralise it.
Next on my list is a dosing pump to distribute the liquid fertiliser over the day, and then a solenoid regulator to shut the CO2 off at night. I work evenings and nights, so turning it on and off manually at the beginning and end of the day is not feasible.
Tank Specs:
Volume: 40l
Stocking: 6x Neon Tetras 3x Dwarf Chain Loach
Substrate: JBL Aquabasis Plus
Filtration: 100lph. No chemical filtration.
Temperature: 24oC
Fertiliser Dosing: 1/2 Capful Seachem Flourish Advance in the mornings.
CO2: TMC Aquagro Pressurised CO2 kit on 24/7.
Lighting 7W LED (stock on the Superfish Home40) running 8 hrs per day. Tank is in a well lit apartment room with floor-ceiling south facing windows.
Water used: London tap water with seachem prime. Over 1.8 phosphate and over 35 nitrate (JBL test kits)
Any help much appreciated!
