Id on floating plant

I found this floating plant in an pond in Thailand and brought it home.

It is bigger than Lemna minor and very similar, but smaller than salvina natans but not the same leaf structure or surface.

Slightly red or purple on the downside and green upperside.

Any guess on the name?

I think it's something else though. Phyllanthus fluitans doesn't have shiny leaves.

According to my research there are five genera (Spirodela, Landoltia, Lemna, Wolffiella and Wolffia). What you found seems to be Spirodela.

Spirodela polyrhiza has multiple roots from each leaf, unlike the Lemna species which always have just one. That is the way to ID it in the field in the UK.
