The simple answer is that whether it is <"Java moss"> (Taxiphyllum barbieri), or not, it should be fine in the tank. You look to have plenty of it and it looks in very good condition.
Unfortunately a name is a tough question, and all of aquarium moss naming <"is a total shambles">. Have a look at <"Moss I think"> , it won't help with an actual name but explains why accurate moss naming is so tricky.
Hi @vinniediego, Everything Darrel said + Having this picture and a picture of it while it's submerged in your tank could make it easier to identify. I believe this is Riparium as well.
I don't think it is Willow Moss (Fontinalis antipyretica), because Fontinalis spp. have <"leaves in three">, so that <"they enclose the stem"> (below).
@vinniediego 's moss looks to have paired "leaves", which is the situation in many moss species. I've given up trying to identify which mosses I have, and whether they attach or not, the ones that grow in the tank always just end up as <"non-attached "big pillows"> eventually. This is some of my <"moss mountain">, but many of the tanks have similar amounts.
