I'm just a little annoyed, and I want to share as I wouldn't want anyone to go though this. I bought some substrate from them for a tank expecting it to be delivered next day. It was not.
A week later, I'm expecting to get the substrate today (I had to re-arrange delivery with Yodel).
They did not even apologise in email when I contacted. They did respond to me answering someone else's query.
Do not buy expecting your item to arrive when they advertise it will.
