I dont think it is either to bright , put it down to the wrong combination of slow growing plants which like low light conditions and doing a carpet at a depth of 50cm
The H pin. has all but gone doe to lack of light P Helferi failed in the same part of scape to attached to the DW, . Part of me thinks take out the cypts, anubias, Bucs and trident and replace with plants more suitable plants or get rid of carpet and make it low tech. But havent given up on the scape yet.
