Hey all. I'm shane. From south Wales. I've had a small tropical tank for around four years now, just a standard tank, you know a fake looking one, plastic, something you get for your kids to see fish swim around.
Ive wanted a higher tech aquarium for a while now and have finally taken the step and purchased a new tank.
When I got my first aquarium I joined a forum and learned a lot on keeping tropical fish and have had great success in keeping them alive and healthy. So that's why I'm here, hoping I can get as much success in keeping a higher tech planted aquarium.
I have done a lot of research in what it takes to keep a planted tank and I know I've still got a long way to go. I do have a few queries. I'll ask in the appropriate threads. So that's it for now. Cheers all, Shane
