Hello everyone. Thought id introduce myself.
Ive kept marine tanks for 10 years but with the every increasing price of salt and costly equipment i decided to try a diffferent approach.
So i ordered myself the newly released aqua one aquanano 60 (100litres) and went about scaping it. I tried a few different layouts which i didnt like but finally settled on this one.
.
Ive used black colombo flora base as the planted substrate and unipac maui white sand as the contrast surrounding substrate.
I plan on planting the flora base with dwarf hair grass and attatching java moss to the "tree" bogwood.
Stocking will be 20 cardinal tetras and a few shrimp to keep the algea at bay.
Im sure ill be about to ask questions when the time comes to plant and stock the tank once cycled.
Thanks
