Just wanted to say hello and merry Christmas.
I have been keeping fish for years now and low tech plants. I have never really had much success in lush growth and this year decided I wanted to get more into this field. so I lowered by stocks and switched over to High tech.
It was great at first then had Algae problems, I looked through the forums, took advise as so many people have the same issues.
A big thank you to Ceg4048 who's advice is spot on with the importance of Co2 and circulation, this was my main issue, now with a spay bar running down the full length of my tank flowing back to front and a reduction in lighting periods, the Algae is gone and the plants are looking lush and happy.
I thought it was about time I tried to give some back to the group and learn some more of course.
