Green spot or should I relax!?

Issues with green spot & some BBA in my main tank. Always had issues with green spot on slow growers but never BBA. Rescaped after 2 years recently so possibly this has messed the balance?
Attached pictures show my nano which I’m happy with. But my main is causing me anxiety 😞
I visited Aquarium Gardens last week, and the gentleman suggested reducing light which I have. (Not you Dave I saw you at the till 😉😉)
I’ve also lost my Amano Shrimps although I’ve found nothing dead. Hiding perhaps?? There were 20 plus I now only see one or max three?
Any comments & advice appreciated
