Fertiliser Help!

Hi,

Basically, I've been buying a lot of plants and they don't last. I have a Juwel 180 Vision and Glo T5HO lighting with (2x) 39W tubes.

I have been told that I have high lighting and therefore need co2 and fertiliser for the plants.

So I've made a DIY yeast based co2 reactor until I can afford pressurised co2.
However I need help with fertiliser and where I can buy it.

I want to do this as cheaply as possible for the moment (income and bills are an issue atm).

So from my research, this is what I think I need:
50% weekly water change
5ml trace weekly - flourish trace?
1/2 tsp KN03 (3x) weekly - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Potassium-Ni...2698218&sr=8-4
3/4 tsp GH Booster weekly - Where can I buy in UK?
1/8 Tsp KH2P04 (3x) a week - Where can I buy in UK?
2ml iron (3x) weekly

I already own a full 500ml bottle of Flourish Comprehensive, so can that replace anything on this list?

So just to clarify my chemistry:
The kit has:
KN03 = Potassium Nitrate
KH2P04 = Potassium Phosphate
Magnesium Sulphate which is like the GH booster?
Chelated trace which I'm guessing is this mysterious Flourish trace stuff.

Can I use my Flourish Comprehensive with this? As it has calcium and iron.

Sorry for being an idiot, this is all new to me. Interesting stuff though =)
