How many ltr is the blue drum. Is it 200?

Assuming the water butt is 100 litre, that looks like a 200l drum.

Fill it up with 10 liter buckets, count the buckets that went in and you have your answer.

That was my next step but wanted to avoid that really as I'm not ready for using the water

Volume: π × r² × h

Just Google 🙂 ... much easier than carrying buckets

Area is pi r squared. Thus volume is 3.14 x r x r x height.

I had to print the link on area of a circle, as my brain entered the "I read it on an Internet forum, so it must be true" mode when I first read your post. Shame we can't correct old posts, as someone somewhere use your calculation one day.
