Endler Dying off and a few Shrimp
Hey all,
I have been having a slight problem with my tank for a while. I have had a slow die off of my endler guppies over the last few months. Dropped to 4 recently, and got some more the other week, and have already lost 2. Sometimes I will find the skeleton eaten by the shrimp other times they are just gone.
They generally all look healthy, and no signs of anything.
Also have a few RCS die occasionally, not a lot, maybe 1 a week?
So I think something is wrong but I am not a 100% sure what.
Here are my tank details and routine.
45l planted tank.
Oase 100 thermo
Temp 23-24c
Co2, aiming for 30ppm
Dosing per week
6ml of tropica specialised
8ml potassium
Parameters, as of today WC due tomorrow
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20-30
Kh 7
Gh 18, this has gone up a lot since I last checked. Usually around 10-11. Could this be why?
WC, I change 50% every week.
So, any ideas, am I missing something?
Thanks in advance ✌🏻
