Ive been growing flame moss on a couple of rocks emersed for some weeks now, i just came in and saw that the propigator was sitting in direct sunlight so i opened it to spray it as i thought it might be cooking and saw that the tips have gone orange??
It doesnt really look like its got too hot and browned, more like the way a red plant changes in good light...
is this heard of ??

Hi all,
I've got a similar moss that is yellow in high light around the pond (where it is sometimes submerged and sometimes emerged), it grows fine in the tanks as well, but is always green then. It may be Stringy moss Leptodictyum riparium and I think I sent some to Luis .

cheers Darrel
