Eheim 2128 leaking when powered off

Hi all,

I have the above filter which I bought second hand and I'm quite happy with on the whole. Problem is when it's powered off, it leaks from around the head quite badly. Not too bad when this is planned, but in power cuts etc. this is bad news.

Would a new gasket for the head solve this issue or is it something else as it doesn't leak when powered? New gasket is about £11.

If it were me I would renew all seals - better to be safe than sorry as there are only three.
