As per title, I've been trying to identify this worm for a while now, most people thought it was rhabdocoela, but apparently I managed to find a picture of it with the name, and it's called Turbellaria.

Is it harmful to shrimps? Do I have to remove it?

I've attached a photo of the worm, it looks exactly like that.

I know this is very old but just wondering if you ever figured out if this worm is harmful or not? I have the same one in my tank.

From what I've found on Turbellaria:

Its just a type / generic name of a type of flatworm and is in the same group as Planaria - "most are carnivores, eating tiny aquatic invertebrates such as rotifers, small crustaceans, and other worms"

Not sure you'll ever find out what type it is, if it's one of the types that will attack shrimp.
