A couple of my red ramshorns seem to have shells which are slowly turning white - the others are absolutely fine. A bit of research has led me to the conclusion that this might be calcium deficiency, so my questions are:
1) Could this be calcium deficiency given that only some of the snails are affected?
2) If it is, what's the best way to add some to the tank?
The tank in question is a 15l nano, with red cherry shrimp and red ramshorns in it. Tank is planted, low tech, all-in-one fert dosed weekly.
Cheers!
