My Eleocharis Parvulus is rooting well and I'm looking for a nice complementary background plant and a creeping plant for the midground. Lighting is medium.

I've found in my hairgrass tank that layers of bolbitis and narrow leaf java fern work really nicely as a backdrop, with trident java fern as accents.

trying to avoid ferns. I'd rather some hardy round leaf plants, hardy and med light. Creeping lily I've found as a midground

Ranunculus Inundatus / Hydrocotyle verticillata - midground
Bacopa (any) / Lindernia rotundifolia ('variegated' if you find it) - background

There are others of course.

Mike
