There is no such thing, as bubble count isn't constant across diffusers it can't be used to accurately measure how much CO2 is being injected. Please make some effort when writing a post otherwise nobody can give you good advice, you haven't even said how you're injecting the CO2 (inline, in tank, reactor), this matters as if you are injecting in tank but your diffuser is in the completely wrong position and is being off gassed then it doesn't matter how much CO2 you inject you'll have poor results. I hope you done some research before buying CO2 equipment or you're going to have issues. Tank looks good currently though so good job.

Here is a link that should help you with your CO2.

It's a pretty big tank so you'll need to inject reasonably aggressively. Get a drop checker and start with 3 bps. Monitor closely the first 2 or 3 days - it will take a few days for you to equilibrate CO2 in your tank. If drop checker is still bluish after 3 days, turn up the injection rate and observe again over 2 more days. If the drop checker is too yellow for your liking then turn down the CO2 rate. Keep some notes to learn what the right amount for your specific set-up is. In my experience CO2 injection is actually pretty straightforward. If any signs of any distress in livestock stop the injection immediately (but I think this is pretty unlikely if you take a measured approach).
