Hello, does anyone have an approximation of how long to run a 2nd Gen Chihiros algae doctor (per day) please? Its a 30x30x30 25L nano, thanks

You usually just pick a setting and it turns on and off on it's own. Probably something like 30sec bursts every 10mins.

Hello Sammy & thanks, wow...I didn't realise it was fully auto; do you know if algae grow in the dark?

This device will not stop algae, it's main benefit is the added oxygen.

If you have hard water the disc may not last very long, mine seemed to die off in 2 weeks.
