Although it doesn't resemble the Carpathian Mountains I wanted a name to hint of its origin hence I came up with this.
I have this setup since February and it suffered some changes but most of them in just the plant and fish contents. Recently I decided to give it a meaning as opposed to a chaotic green jungle and scaped the whole tank.
It is a 120LX50Wx50H centimeters freshwater planted tank with a classic undergravel filter design up until the re-scaping it used to be reverse-flow now changed to normal.
Lights:
DIY fixture comprising of 4 T5 54W lamps made by Osram model 965 (6.500K CRI >90)with 2X54 QTP5 Osram electronic ballasts. All lamps have JBL reflectors
Filtering:
Eheim 2080 Professionel 3 1200XL
9W JBL UV pass-through filter
AquaMedic Nano Prop 5000 wave-maker for water circulation.
Fertilization:
Pressurized CO2 with DIY reactor and low-tech controller.
