Hi, just noticed what looks like BBA on my wood but I’m not sure? Not the best phone pics below as well

Using my finger and giving it a brush with minor force it just lifts off the wood.

BBA is meant to be really “sticky” and shouldn’t come off that easily right?

Thus it just being some fungus still growing on my wood?

Thanks

Looks like fungus to me, how long since you flooded the tank?
If BBA it would wipe of and wouldn't be on the underside like it is on the second pic, BBA likes light so more likely to get on high light areas.
I got loads when tank first flooded which the amanos cleared up in a few weeks and as the tank cycled.
What wood is that?

Flooded about 3 weeks ago. I thought BBA was meant to be quite sticky on the surfaces that it grows on?

If it helps I did sweep the patch in the first photo yesterday night and watch an orange shrimp latch onto it and gobble it up.

It’s spider/azalea/redmoor wood.
