Bar/psi?

What bar is my regulator reading ... Im looking for 2.5bar but not getting an understanding to what that means exactly ... this shows psi so what is that regarding bar? Is it metric or something?

Thanks very much ...... Thats what I thought from googling it .... just wanted confirmation .... thats good then as Im planning on getting an UP inline atomiser Or has anyone any better ideas as to how to get better co2 distribution in a 5ft tank. Currently using the reactor/mixer that came with the co2 supermarket setup but I dont think its doing its job due to loss of flow by using smaller diameter hosing. At least with the UP inline atomiser I can still use tha original filter hosing which is 20/15mm and use the 16mm atomiser
