Are six hours enough

HI all hope your all well on this fine sunny day? I have been having my lights on for six hours a day and was wondering when i should put them up to 8. I have 2.5wpg and co2 the plants all look fine now i have sorted my co2 and flow out i does 15ml TPN+ every day and will start EL dry salts when that runs out. So shall i leave well alone and keep at 6 or start to push things and go for 8

leave it as is there's no need for more than that tbh I have my lights on for only 4 hours a night and everything is fine (even less now there's actual sun since the planted tank gets direct sunlight!)

something like 4 hours is "enough", but you can have them on as long as you want

Nothing wrong with putting them up by a couple of hours but you'll need to adjust co2 and ferts accordingly and watch for signs of algae etc
