It hooked clean on the first set of hooks. But thrashed around just under the water surface and hooked it’s self. One of the reasons I’m considering swapping to single hooks on my lures. Much kinder on the fishies🙂

Need to find salt specific ones, as the fresh ones rust in a single use…. Will look into barbless and singles, and might keep them if I don’t feel the hookup ratio has fell.
