Angel fish drunk?

Some of you may read that my angels turned killer the other day and were moved temporarily to another tank untill we came up with a permanent solution. Well we have done that now and bought a 4x2x2 tank I am picking up tomorrow but the most serious offender is now swimming like a complete drunk. Not just up and down but on his side and crashing into glass and gravel. I thought maybe swim bladder but then I read that is more of just an up and down motion. Anyway I have done a big water change and will continue to do so and I have upped tank temp. Neither angel wants to eat although the other one does not seem as bad. He is just staying pretty still. Any ideas on what this could be and how to treat? There are no visual marks on the fish themselves just the way he is swimming
