Always turn off co2 the day you know you’re getting fish and leave your lights off. I’ve seen fish really struggle being introduced to a co2 enriched tank.
I have accepted that algae is going to exist to some degree, but I'm hoping to get it to a minimum. I would like to actually see the plants, not have them covered in (and potentially killed by) algae.
