So... I've just realized that I'm quite often missing lots of interesting posts/threads where I was involved as a participant due to the way notifications work. There is a little Alerts bell in the top right corner where I (and obviously other UKAPS users logged in) can see if someone was responding to my posts using @[user_name} - once I click on any of those posts/alerts, the number showing unresponded posts disappears - so there are many situations when I'm not checking it anymore as they are not "yelling" that there are some unread posts. Shouldn't the numbers stay and count down until all unread posts are being read?
