Hi all, I just wanted your advice on one of my berried female yellow shrimp. She has been berried almost a month now so babies should hatch any day. I can see the eyes in the eggs so they must be ready really soon. However, the mother seems to be having trouble with her shell, as it seems as if it has broken and like she is going to molt. I thought this may be due to the fact that she needs to molt, but won't just yet until her eggs have hatched. Am I correct in thinking this is the case. Many thanks!
