1 Hour Dip with Seachem Paraguard

Hi, Does anyone have any experience with Seachem paraguard and how to treat fish with it?

I have noticed a small strange growth forming on the bottom lip of my fish. I think it might be the early stages of a fungal infection.

I read on the bottle that you can do 1 hour Dip treatment with it. Do I have to do this on a daily basis and for how long?
