I know a few of you on here use this, I recently downloaded it for the second time and have been experimenting. It's quite easy to use. The only thing is, after I've edited an image I can't work out how to save it as an image file (e.g. png, jpg etc) - it just saves as a GIMP file. Anyone...

Nice photo ;) as you said in another thread, it is always nice to see how people's tanks fit into their homes.

I love this scape, it might even be my favourite Farmer scape. ;) I can see what you're trying to achieve by the sand foreground, but it isn't really doing it for me though. Great photo all the same!

Hi guys, I've taken some photos for my media project, and need to edit them slightly... But I'm useless with Phhotoshop or anything like that. Would one of you tech-savvy Photoshop users be able to do it for me? All you would need to do is crop a few images and put the object/s I want from...

It looks a bit... unnatural or something to me, but I'm not sure what it is. I'm no good with camera settings and stuff but to improve the lighting you could use a couple of desk lamps or something similar if you have them.

There's quite a few pre-set settings like 'flowers', 'sunset' etc but you can use manual. I've never really tampered with the settings that much because I don't really know what to tamper with! I've heard of the paper-over-flash method, but never tried it. I'll have a go.

All of those, but mainly of fish and full tank :) I had a look at that thread but it isn't really what I'm looking for - it just explains photography terms and stuff.

Cheers Dan, yeah I've been fiddling about with all of the settings. There's one for just about everything! Sunset, beach, snow, fireworks, blah blah.

So I got this camera for my birthday in July and I'm finally getting to grips with it. It's a Finepix Z100 or something like that. Anyway, here are a few photos I took today.
