Hi all
As a new member I am still finding new topics and last night I came across the "where to buy" section. Someone posted about where to go if you were visiting China or Hong Kong to which I offered a short reply but then thought it may be of interest on here as it is a busier part of the site.
I usually visit Hong Kong and China once a year but rarely visit the fish markets - In my earlier life I was in the aqautic business from being a Saturday boy in 1979 to running my own import / wholesale business until 1994, after which I got fed up with wet things (counting 1000's of goldfish and falling into vats at 1am in freezing conditions is not much fun). Anyway, I've got the bug again now and will visit the markets and stores next time I go and take a load of pics for the forum.
Basically there are hundreds of shops and a large open air market selling all things fishy, I can't begin to describe the sight of it as you really have to see it in the flesh but I'll leave you a few links I have found.
Apologies if this is all old ground for you
