Hi,

Is there a known way of encouraging new shoots from a long leafless anubias Rhyzome? I have leaves at either end but nothing in the middle and it looks Pretty poor so if I could get a few leaves to sprout in the middle I'd be a happy fella

Cheers

Gavin

How long is the leafless rhyzone?
Else you can always just cut in the middle and retie it. This might help.

Ive done that in the past from a healthy plant and created a few other anubias plants within a few months.

I may try cutting a wide V in it, almost all the way through.

Cheers :)
