Anubias issue

Hi everyone. Not new to fish keeping. My issue is a new one though. Over the last few days I have noticed my Anubias changing. The leaves are going off and the root system seems to be breaking down or gathering fur. The rest of the plants are going mad, especially the stems. Can anyone help please. Photos attached

Hard to see much from those photos. Can you get some closer images of the problem?

It's tricky to tell from the pictures, are they attached to wood or have you got the roots buried in the substrate?
